Terrible the worst ever!!!!!! it made me check one star, but I give it 000000
This place gets 0000000 stars from me. The nurses are extremely rude. Nobody says hello to you, and my sister was denied a drink because she was told the kitchen was closed. How in gods name do you deny somebody a glass of water with ice and a Gingerale, when they are extremely ill.!!!!! beyond disgusting to me I wouldn’t even put my dog in here! Spoke with one of the Assistant Supervisors seems like a really good guy, but I’m sorry it doesn’t change the fact that my sister was denied the basic needs and mainly her pain medication on time!!!! [name removed] on the other hand you’re a rockstar!!! You definitely deserve a raise and I hope you got it!!????????! Thank you for being so kind to my sister and showing love. You were definitely light in her life.

Terrible Experience
My Mother in law went to Hampton Ridge straight from the hospital. Our mistake not to do more research. The staff was so rude starting with the receptionist who was very unwelcoming and with a terrible attitude. The first thing the head nurse told my wife was that people in there were getting Covid. When we tried to talk to her and others they were just so rude. They just left my mother in law on the bed by herself when she was dropped off my the medical van. After multiple visits, the attitude and rudeness never changed. We decided to pull her out of there. People in this facility need a course on human decency.

Hampton Ridge
Hampton Ridge Healthcare & rehabilitation Center has a state of the art physical theropy unit which helps the patient to achieve there goal of returning home. The building itself is very clean and odor free. This is the place to be if you need rehabilitation.

I went to rehab after a hip replacement. The first night I fell and everybody was quick to react and could not do enough for me. Rehab was first rate, the daily care was excellent and above average, I would have no problem recommending Hampton Ridge. If it wasn't for [name removed] bingos I would not have known about Hampton Ridge. First hand experience at your facility.

Visiting at Hampton Ridge is always a pleasure from the sparking clean floors and beautifully kept rooms to the friendliness of the staff. The pleasant greetings and variety of activities to make the residents happy.
Hampton Ridge is first on my list should anyone in my family need either short or long term care.
I have known former residents that have told me how the staff strives to make everyone comfortable and happy during their stay.
[Name removed] is a true asset and professional making sure all needs are met and sharing helpful information with the family to aid in their comfort and knowledge.
The Dietary Department wants everyone to enjoy their meals in a most healthy way.

Very happy
I have to say that I'm extremely surprised at the other reviews, because my husband has been here at Hampton Ridge for almost 5 weeks now and we have nothing but positive things to say about it. We are both very happy with the staff and the care received here. Everyone is very warm and friendly, and he has been receiving wonderful care. We are beyond happy that we chose Hampton Ridge for his rehabilitation needs!

Do your homework before hand!!
I found the care to be good for my father. But the first set of clothing I brought him 5 outfits t-shirts sock all went missing. Second set of 5 outfits t-shirts socks half went missing! All were Labeled !! The administration absolutely unprofessional! Barely any contact whatsoever. Even unreturned emails. Then my father was sent to the hospital about a week prior to being discharged. The nurse did call and say he was being sent. That is the last contact I had gotten from them. The day he was being discharged from the hospital the hospital social worker told me that Hampton Ridge was not excepting him back for his final few days!! They didn't have the decency to call me to tell me and he was in the hospital for a whole week!! I even sent emails to find out what the next step was while he was in the hospital... with still no response. When I went to pick up his belongings I opened the box to make sure all of his stuff was there.. surprise!! Half his clothes are missing and his phone charger. They said sorry they don't have it!

BEWARE!!!!
This place is an absolute disaster!!! The only reason I gave it 1/2 a star was because it would not allow me to post without rating. I took my father out after 3 days. He was there for rehab to get back on his feet after a hospital stay and all they did was keep him in the bed with a diaper on. The facility is dirty, most of the nurses have no clue what is going on. They flat out lied to me about my father having rehab time. My father actually has had nightmares since coming home from this place. They were reported to The Board of Health!! Please please please do not send your loved ones to this place!!!

Hampton Horrors
Do not under any circumstances, send your loved one here. They almost killed my father and were working on getting my mother sick. No heat in the bathroom in the winter. My dad got pneumonia there. Doctor, who is the director of the facility never came to see him. Never gave my mother her blood pressure medication, proceeding to try and feed her hot dogs and kielbasi 2 times a day with high blood pressure and majorly swollen feet and legs. Doctor/Director lied to my face. Nurses are very nasty, unattending. Never helped my mom with her colostomy bag. They said they had too may patients to attend to. The shower and toilet was filthy. That's all they do is lie. Never bring the food my parents ordered. It was disgusting. There were tons of flies and gnats. The hallways always smell of feces. It's a money making scam and the director is involved. They all make promises they don't keep. 20 minutes of rehab. therapy and left to do nothing the rest of the day. There are people on the short term unit who really need to be in the nursing home. Most of the patients appear to be drugged, sitting in wheel chairs all day. If I didn't get my parents out of there, I do believe my dad would have died there and my mother would have become extremely sick. They lie about everything. I am filing a complaint for institutional abuse with the state. If you know whats good for you, STAY AWAY FROM HAMPTON RIDGE!

My mom was there on smart unit and got an infection whole staying there? It took a week to put her on an antibiotic! Her knee was swollen and they still made her do physical therapy! They hardly have any Registered Nurses,and the food was not that good at all! Never again !

Worst rehab to go to.
Both my wife and myself were sent there from Community Hospital at same time for rehab. I found they treat you like all the other residents. They wake you up early,feed you breakfast,and put you in a wheelchair the rest of the day. You would be taken for therapy for one hour in the morning,and rest of day,you were on your own.It was very hard to get help when you needed it. In many cases,it took about 45 minutes after you called for assistance. While there, my diabetes was not monitored correctly,and I was rushed to hospital with diabetic shock and almost lost my life. While in the hospital, I learned that my wife had passed away. We were two people who had gone there to be rehabilited, so that we could go home after a brief stay. Instead,both our conditions deteriated. The night staff is non-existent at times,and do not like to answer call button. One of the aides,in particular, used to get mad, and push me around, in bed.when I had an accident. I will never return there,I would rather die first. The aides are very nasty,and you hardly see the RNs. I lost my wife because of them.

Mom is Doing Active Things
My mom is doing fine in the care of the community, she has adjusted well. There were some issue in the beginning they needed to attend to and they were very responsive to make a change. Mom is kept active not like at her other place where she was in her room along. She has not lost weight but she is eating the meals it is more like hospital food.

Great therapy care.
This was a great place for my mom. The staff was nice and very caring while my mom went thru therapy here. It is very clean and well taken care of. The meals that they provided were good and appealing. They did have activities that were offered to those who wanted to participate. I would recommend this for nice care and a good value.

At first the staff was very friendly but right away we noticed a disconnect in communication with the different departments related to our loved one's care. The dietitian's recommendations were not followed by the kitchen staff and the family's communications on behalf of their loved one were often misunderstood and miscommunicated. There was lack of communication between the residents Unit Manager and the Physical Therapy department. Once an issue arose everything seemed to turn sour for the resident and we had to seek other residence. The general areas were usually clean however the residents room and bathroom were often in need of attention. We would not recommend this facility.

They are not very responsive and attentive, at all.
Really I would give them a zero. When we were looking for assistance to the bathroom, and to get out of bed. I got her out of the wheelchair, and the buzzers went off, for 20 minutes, and no one ever came! They are not very responsive and attentive, at all.
