Granville Center has been good. The nurses are good to my loved one and I am happy with the care she is receiving. There isn't really anything they can improve here.

The staff has been helpful. They are helping me a lot with my loved one's insurance. The overall communication could improve.

My loved one seems to like it a lot better at Granville Center than at the other facility he was in. The staff has been friendly throughout the stay, however, he has mentioned having some trouble getting help right away when he presses his call button.

My father seems to like it there, he says they treat him well and that the meals are good. The only negative thing I've seen so far is that there isn't a doctor available all the time. The doctor is only there once a week. Whenever I have questions the nurses do their best to be helpful. The meals are good. My father hasn't mentioned any specifics but has said they have good taste and quality and large portions sizes. I think they have a poor set up in the dining room and they don't have enough room in it. If my father doesn't get there at least 15-20 minutes before meals are served there is no room for him to go in there. There have been times that the staff have told him to go back to his room and they'll bring a tray to him because there isn't any more room in the dining room for him to eat. I really haven't received any communication from them, other than when I ask questions. When I do ask they're able to answer my questions or get someone who can.

They lack many things. The aides are good but the transportation for doctors appointments are inadequate.
