My mom is in there studio apt which is bathroom walk in shower & sink and not alot of counter space , she also has a sink and a small mini fridge in her room nice big bedroom and closet, the cleaning ladies are always on the floor keeping it clean and emptying trash and they do her laundry once a week but there is a washer& dryer on each floor you can use if you want too. Everyone that works at grand villa is so nice and you can tell they like working there. There are two elevators and the residents most all have walkers and they live to see how many people they can get inside ??!!! After 62 years of running his own concrete construction company, he was not interested in bingo, movies, wii bowling, line-dancing, cocktail parties or whatever other silliness was offered. He just wanted to work and feel useful. The value for the cost was good. Grand Villa does seem to have a fair amount of employee turnover, which I found frustrating whenever I needed to talk to nursing staff or accounting staff. In 12 months, I think they had three different Executive Directors.
