[Name removed] has a heart for her residents. The home is clean, and residents are allowed to do as they please in a safe environment. [Name removed] was eager to address any questions or concerns. My only concern is my own loved one who is a handful! I do believe the residents in the home are a bit too sedentary and most time would be spent with my loved one who is contrary.

Not the best place...

Overall, my loved one's stay seems to be going fairly okay. The staff are very nice and the facility is clean. My loved one likes his room. However, my primary concern is the fact that the staff do not know how to provide proper care for people with dementia. I am unhappy with the level of care that he is receiving. Overall, though this is not the best place, it is okay for our current need.

The 1st tour was good. Ms. ...

The 1st tour was good. Ms. Cornelius Rand was very informative about what they had to offer at their community. This community houses 9 people and she has another location that houses 6 people. The bedrooms were a nice size and they have bathrooms for the men and the women. It was a home-like, clean & safe environment in a quiet neighborhood.
