Initial Contact

Can only provide an overall rating of initial dealings with them as we did not actually take advantage of their services. They were extremely polite and helpful in answering our questions and being willing to provide support and services. However, our situation did not warrant actually taking advantage of their services at this time. I would not, however, hesitate to contact them again if the need arises.
