It is very clean and beautiful inside. There is very little landscaping and no trees, it is Yuma, AZ, however, desert landscaping would be nice. It is along the freeway frontage road, very remote and ugly outside. There is no store for the residences to walk to and transportation is very limited. We went to visit my wife's father and found him in wet pants. He had not had his medication. It was difficult to find a caretaker for assistance. The staff is friendly overall, but there is very little assistance. There is unfortunately not enough staff to actually care for the patients, which is probably why the price is affordable and why several of the staff are somewhat angry. There are unfortunately a few angry overworked staff who should not be there. We have dealt with these people over the last few years. This place works if it is all you can afford. If you can add another 500 a month, go somewhere else.

A lot of activities

While looking for a place for my loved one we were drawn to this location because of the level of care that was provided, all the amenities, and how safe and secured the place is. There are a whole bunch of activities given such as bible study and fitness classes like senior Zumba. It is a bit expensive, but I would recommend them to others.

Very Nice Place

My mother in law was doing very well here before getting ill but she is starting to recover slowly. Prior to her being sick, she was doing the activities and social events and she likes being around the other residents. The community is on a smaller size scale which is a better fit for her not as many people so it is not as loud as some others. The caregivers are super nice and sweet. The food is good.
