Would not recommend

My mother was there for over two years and the first year was good. Noticed care declining and found out they had not given her insulin for over two months, she lost weight, and had pressure sores I was not aware of even though I went to health care meetings. Upon discovery of these problems I was made to feel that an apology should be enough and no one held accountable. The memory care unit (Bayberry) is awful. Understaffed, the meals were not balanced and looked and tasted bad. Discovered other problems and other errors in medicines. Even though I have another family member there, I do not recommend. Management is deceitful.

Very nice community

Overall our experience with Century Pines has been a good one. It's a nice looking, clean community, the staff have all been very friendly and helpful. They've been very responsive to any issues that have come up. The only disappointment has been that there never seems to be much going on in the memory care section.

RATING OF CENTURY PINES

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIA FACILITY TO OTHERS. THE KINDNESS SHOWN MY SISTER AND I IS WELL WORTH MENTIONING. THE CARE OF HER WAS SUPERB. SHE FELT VERY SAFE AND COMFORTABLE THERE.
