MIKE LUNA - Toured community
Home Care
May 12, 2018

The worst community care ever, very noisy people singing loudly after midnight. dogs barking all day long and ruining around the property, the property manager [name removed] has absolutely no management scales with very bad attitude.

This company has been great. I was feeling so overwhelmed that I couldn't even make a call. The owner took the initiative and called me, made an in-home assessive appointment for the very next day and had someone start the day after that. The owners attendance to helping make sure that Mom's caregivers have us covered has been invaluable to us. She comes out with anyone new to introduce them. She makes this company work like a well-oiled machine. We had an experience with another home health care company that was not anywhere near as caring and helpful and organized. We are so thankful to her, our main caregiver, and all the other caregiver that she sents to us.
