The nurses were very courteous. I've asked some that have nothing to do with us, and they'll still take care of me or point me in the direction of someone that can. I have zero complaints about anything going on! The place is spotless! My loved one is a picky eater and hasn't said one bad thing! They took me in a room and we went over everything completely and made sure I understood it all!

I thought my loved one's care was good and the staff was on the ball. The food is great. The therapists did very well and they have a wonderful program there. The speech therapist was really on it and told me how to care for him. The nursing staff was all great and the staff was very good and friendly! They do a great job with the cleanliness, it is very clean. I want to compliment the cooks because they do a great job. I am happy we were able to go there and we would go there again.

The staff is all awesome and wonderful. The therapists were good with my loved one. One of the nurses is awesome and tells us what is going on with her care. They call me and I call them.

My loved one is very happy there. I think the nursing care is very good. The staff all say hi every time we come in. There's a gal that seems to be really on top of things and doesn't let him get away with anything. She has a very nice personality while she's doing it. Everything else seems to be pretty ship-shape with the cleanliness, considering the age of the facility but on a cleaned floor my feet stick to the floor. I don't know if it's a clean sticking or a dirty sticking. It's been that way with the floor in his room for a while. He's always saying the food is really good. The staff doesn't say anything to us about his care but he's very proactive about making sure he knows everything about how he's doing, and he's doing really well with that.

My loved one really likes her therapy team. She's making slow progress, but progress. When I was there, she got pretty good care. She says the food is pretty good but she didn't like the portions they're giving her, especially with the soup, they're too small. The communication is good and we've already done a group call with her care team.

I like the social worker, she's very receptive. The people are good, but they just had a director change, and it's a little awkward. I get a lot of calls when my loved one is upset. Sometimes they call me about stuff they shouldn't and don't call me on stuff that they should. The nursing staff doesn't really seem to understand what's going on. The place is old and hasn't been updated.

I think the therapists are doing pretty well, as far as getting my loved one into rehab and walking her but she's gone way downhill. Since being there her medical condition has increased a lot. I like the staff there, but the way my mom appears, and things she's going through, she just changed a lot. Her clothing has disappeared and she isn't clean. The nurses make sure her medicine is okay but she has fallen a few times. They call me every time she falls but in those calls, I ask what happened and they tell me they don't know. It's not very clean and there is an odor.

My dad was just not happy there and I feel that the staff was not attentive to him. The issues were mostly during the evenings shift. The food portions were fairly undersized. The whole place is run down and old, and there was an odor. The never called me once.

The people are friendly and the nurses try and help. I think that they are very understaffed. My loved one has been doing really good in therapy. There are a few day nurses that are good.

It seems that my husband has struggled with being left in the bathroom waiting for someone to come and get him. There are some really good physical therapists, and the occupational therapist is awesome. The CNA's don't listen to him. They need better communication. Everyone is really nice. That's the best thing! Some of the night ladies have been frustrated when he's asked to get up to the bathroom at night. There's two he's struggled with, but everyone else has been super nice.
