Harvest Home Braeburn Haus is an assisted living and memory care community located in Howards Grove, Wisconsin. The mission of this Christian-based community is to make each resident feel as comfortable as possible while cultivating a homelike atmosphere where residents can live with purpose and grace.

Harvest Home Braeburn Haus offers assisted living services based on each resident's ability level and their social and dietary preferences. The services are provided by professionally trained and experienced staff who are available 24 hours a day. A professional nurse also reviews each resident's care plan to ensure their needs are met. Home-cooked meals are prepared with local ingredients, and the menu is crafted by a licensed dietician.

The community grounds are tucked away on the edge of town, where residents can enjoy gorgeous sunrises and wildlife such as deer and turkeys. Many of the apartments have views that overlook the beautiful country fields that line the property. Active residents enjoy field trips to Lake Michigan's shores or historic downtown Sheboygan. Other popular activities include walking club, brain fitness group, dancing class, and trivia.
