They take good care of everything at the community. The staff is very friendly. The staff is very attentive to my loved one's needs and she receives good meals at the appropriate times of day. The administrator calls me any time they need anything regarding her care and are very communicative. They have worked very well through the Covid-19 pandemic. She feels very safe and protected and they have arranged video conference conversations so we can stay in contact with her. Her healthcare needs are taken care of as are her medication needs and they do a good job with ensuring those are both done correctly and meticulously.

Great place then dissapointment
I had a 5 star rating the 1st time I visited. My elderly neighbors moved in almost 1 yr ago. They love it. I have an elderly Aunt w/dementia. Thought this place would be awesome for her. Close to me. It took several calls to finally get in touch w/the "right" person. Almost 2 weeks. Took a tour of the place. It is definitely beautiful. Perfect for Auntie. They told me what they can do, where she would have her own room etc. We got the financial forms to fill out. After about 3 days, we get an e-mail. They declined the application because of insufficient funds. I was crushed. Devastated! I called, and called, and called, and called. Left several messages relating to re-doing the financial application. Maybe I did it incorrectly. Urged someone to call me back and help me, maybe even suggesting some other alternative. Or what can I do with my elderly Aunt if you won't take her. I never rec'd a call back. My opinion is: they woo-ed you, threw the fishing line out and reel you in. Then if you don't qualify, SEE YA!

Good food variety
My husband and I spend some time here during the evening and it’s only about 15 minutes from our house. They have a perfectly good reputation and we decided it would be the best fit for us. Everything as far as I know is going fine. The staff seems fine and the food is good. There are at least 3 main choices for dinner every day and if you don’t like what they have to offer then there are alternate options. They have art classes, plays, and bus trips, just to name a few. The other residents seem okay and the cleanliness is fine.
