Attentive care is one of the worst companies i have come across in my 7 years of being a CHHA. Their office staff is rude, lazy and they lie often to save their own butts. You can never get in contact with owners or employees over the heads of these rude receptionists to make complaints or address problems. They make mistakes with payroll and do nothing to rectify it. They also speak to clients like they are unimportant and try to push them to do things their way instead of encouraging their independence and accommodating their wants and needs. I have worked for several agencies in this area and they by far are the most unreliable and unorganized agency I've worked for. I hope this review is respected and helps the clients see that it isn't all its cracked up to be. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different agency.
