My mom lived in these apartments for 10 years. I was the one that was providing activities and meals for the seniors. The whole time my mom lived there, there was a mold problem in her bathroom. In 5 years, they replace the bathroom floor 3 times. In early, 2018 the mold under the floor got worse. Mom started having breathing problems. [date removed] they pulled the floor out and found that the mold was raw sewage leaking under the bathroom vanity. By [date removed] mom was on oxygen. We talked to an attorney in [date removed]. With the pandemic and the lack of affordable senior housing. If we made a big fuss they would make mom move out. Mom died [date removed]. They kept all of her security deposit, with us owing them $50.02. The owners [names removed] knew about the mold issue in mom's apt. and did nothing. Their way to fix the problem was to sell the apt.s and they are now under new ownership with the same property management. I would not refer anyone to live there.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Everybody is really friendly and the community is very beautiful. The cottages are small and the community is gated. I would definitely recommend this community to othersReviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
These cottages are only 1 bedroom. Not what we are looking for. Very nice places but just not big enough.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
