Everyone knows your loved one and your name, greets you with a smile. When there was an issue, my Mom pushed her alert button, someone was there immediately. Interim Nurses were also great. Always checking in to see how Mom was and to see if she needed anything. Fe, the best, along with the other CNA's , always joked with my mom making her laugh. Had away to help her meet other residents. It was like they understood my Mom' s needs and treated her like a family member and with dignity. Physical therapists were also awesome. A young man playing the guitar while the residents clap and sing. There's weekly bingo and crafts. The rooms are so pretty spacious. [name removed] is the coordinator for social events and she truly is an amazing person. She knows everyone by their first name and is so loving and compassionate to all. I look forward to my volunteer days. Currently the new employee doing her apartment is terrific. There were just a few challenging weeks. We hope you will be able to keep some great people! It seems to be a challenge everywhere right now. Friendliness of the staff is a 10 - if that was available. Definitely a solid 5. Everyone is so sweet and friendly and always there to assist. Mom and dad have not really needed a ton of care yet, but what they feel well cared for.\nThere have been good meals and not so good meals according to Mom. With the activities I can't really rate this. I'm trying to encourage mom and dad to take advantage of more of the activities. Mom thought the regular exercise was way too simple so she's going to try yoga. She had a more stringent exercise class a their last retirement community.
