If I had to do it over again, I'd still choose this facility, but there have been a few challenges. There's been a lot of turnover, which causes things to be inconsistent. Housekeeping, for example, varies. The cleanliness of the facility is good, but my loved one's living area varies from good to really good. I will say, the smell of urine used to be noticeable most times when I would visit, but has totally gone away in the last 3 weeks or so. That's been a great improvement. Also, the Operations individual could improve his bedside manner. Mainly, I think if Management improved here, then the rest would follow. A clean up in Administration would go a long way. I don't want to seem negative, this is a good place overall. Not top of the line by any means, but an affordable good place. We're happy with it.
