Lovely community.
We love it here, but have to move on due to how expensive it has become. Services offered, staff are excellent lots of interesting people,, other residents, to meet. The activities Director is so hardworking & provides many interesting options. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Holiday Grizzly Peak to other families.

Our families experience
What we really like about Holiday Grizzly Peak is just how friendly everyone is there staff and residents alike. The food is also great - there is a nice variety for the residents to pick from as well as quality served food. That has becomes a large part of my Father's Day and he really looks forward to it. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Holiday Grizzly Peak to other families.

The Best!
Holiday Grizzly Peak is the best! They're friendly and want to do everything they can for their seniors. When it's my turn when I'm older, that's where I would want to stay. The apartments are nice. It's very quiet and comfortable. They let my mom have her dog, which was a big plus. I definitely think it's worth it.

Some challenges, but settling in nicely overall.
I've been a little disappointed in the food, although it does seem to be getting better. And I saw on the calendar there's a monthly meeting where residents can attend to speak with the chef. This was a big downsize for us, but we got what they call The Suite, which we do pay extra for. But we have a full kitchen, whereas most of the units just have kitchenettes. And we have 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom is quite small, but the master is a really good size. And they turned the second bathroom into a walk-in closet, which I love. We also have a patio with a walkway to the front of the building, which is convenient. We haven't had housekeeping services yet because they're in between housekeepers. The staff are nice overall, but their communication could be a little better. But for the most part, they're lovely people. Like every place right now, they're short staffed, but I think they're doing the best they can under the circumstances. I'm looking forward to getting involved in the activities. They offer a wide variety, including things like book club, intellectual presentations, and bingo. It's nice to have lots of options that don't seem nursing home oriented. And the residents we've met are delightful as well.

Retirement Living for cost
Grizzly Peak is an older facility and you can see the age in the carpets. I had an issue with housekeeping, it was not being provided for my loved one for the first five weeks. The staff are all friendly and professional, so that was no fault of theirs. I believe the community was struggling with finding adequate staff, so the other floors received housekeeping while the first floor had no one available. The food has been horrible, the dinner lacks variety and is oftentimes overcooked or just not prepared correctly. The other meals are okay.
My mom has a dog and the facility allows pets. She likes to take her dog out on the lawn, but the passageway from her patio to the lawn is dangerous. She has to go over rocks and stones, she fell and bruised her face one time. If they could create a safer trail, that would be much better; I’m sure their current setup is a liability. It’s a friendly place with friendly people. I was hesitant to choose this place because of how expensive it is. I just had higher hopes and expectations for the cost of it.

Turned My Loved One's Life Around and Bettered Their Life
I would recommend Grizzly Peak to others for their loved ones. My loved one is fitting in nicely into the community. The staff have been very good to work with when I have questions or concerns. They are cordial, and they know all the resident's names. The staff seem to really pay attention to what the residents are participating in.
The food has been good. Some of the activities that are available include exercise class, church services, games, bingo, Wii bowling, and more for the residents to choose from.
Meals, housekeeping once a week, and cleaning of linens are included in the monthly fee. The personal laundry is done by the residents and they have washer and dryers available on each floor.

Rent with confidence.
One of the least expensive prices for one of the nicest places. It is the safest, cleanest, and nicest place for the money. I would highly recommend them to others. The room size was a good size. It was clean airy and bright and up to date. The food is excellent.

Great staff!
Everything is going fairly well! The staff are so great. They are very friendly and they do what they can to make my mother feel comfortable. She is definitely encouraged to participate in the various activities that are offered as well.

The right move for me!
I am enjoying my stay very much! I have met some lovely people and I am very comfortable with my stay. The facility is also very clean, and the meals are good. I also found the facility to be very budget friendly, and the amenities come in handy, such as the laundry amenities. I feel like this was the right move for me.

Care and Attention
I am happy with knowing that the care is a big change for my nephew. The staff is always caring and attentive to his needs .The community is clean well maintained. He is happy with the good variety of meals, but they need to be more flexible with the residents as far as meal times. I like knowing that he is participating in activites with the other residents. We would recommend the care and value of this community to other families.

A tour for care
We toured this community and we did not see what we needed for my grandmother's care. The staff was nice, bt they did not have a caring touch. The menu was appealing and the community was clean. I wanted something more for my grandmother. The rooms did not have what she wanted. Families might want to consider a tour of this community for the care that is good for them

I Am Loving This Community
I'm doing fine in the community that is great to me. I am happy living here. The meals are wonderful. You get two choices for you entree, they have a chef and healthy choice. I think they couldn't make be better meals. The activities are plenty and many. Offering exercise everyday I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

This is a cheery place!!!
The staff are really friendly and I have good communication with them. The food is good, however I feel it could be a little more diabetic friendly. They offer a lot of daily activities. The community is well maintained and clean. We have friends that live here and I would recommend this community.

Good Place
Grizzly Peaks is a wonderful place to call home. I still feel like I have lost all of my independence as I can not use the bus they provide as I am in a wheelchair and they do not have a lift of the bus. They provide you with all kinds of things to do for entertainment and that keeps you busy. The food is very good, even too much at times. I would recommend Grizzly Peaks to anyone looking for a place to move to.

Probably the best community is Missoula!!
The people are friendly and the food is good. The community is clean, however I wish they would spend a little more time cleaning my room. I do not yet participate in many of the activities but I may once I get more adjusted to the community. I would recommend this community.
