Loving it!

We are utilizing 24Hr HomeCare to assist Mom with cleaning and running errands and somewhat as a companion but definitely not to smother Mom. What I love about the agency is that there is no minimum amount of hours but if we need to increase the hours the price goes down! When we first started with the agency my Mom had a caregiver she loved and he had to quit which was kind of disappointing but Mom loves the new girl. All in all it's been a great experience and if need be we'll utilize them for more time.... Read more

Mixed bag

Our experience with 24Hr Homecare has been somewhat mixed. The management staff were all very helpful and easy to work with, but the aides they sent ended up being a little hit or miss. We had a few people that we really liked, but also a few people who just seemed inexperienced. There was also a language barrier with a few of them, which made it more difficult to work with them.

We started service, and loved the service.

We started service, and loved the service. We had an issue with a couple of the caregivers. The director and everyone is super nice. But we decided to go with another agency after that.

Good company

We love the guys who run this place. We love that there's not a 3 hour minimum. Sadly, they seem to have trouble with staffing. My mom's first caregiver was great...he engaged her in conversation, cleaned house, and checked her meds. Unfortunately, just as she got used to him, he quit. So she's had two other people since then---neither that she likes as much and neither that can get her engaged like the first.
