Review ofSignature Pointe

Signature Pointe is a wonderful facility / community full of loving, caring, fun, wonderful, amazing people. The staff are the best and genuinely care about and love the residents, and vice versa. The staff and residents enjoy each other. It’s truly an amazing thing to be a part of. My father moved there during the summer and I’ve gotten to spend a significant amount of time there. I toured other communities and there was no comparison. I’m truly grateful for signature Pointe and especially for the people who work there. I’m also grateful to have gotten to know so many of the residents. They are truly wonderful and have welcomed my father (and I) with open arms. It just feels good when your there. Thank you all at Signature Pointe.

I toured Signature Pointe today, and everyone I met was absolutely a breath of fresh air. Between the staff and current residents, you can really tell how happy people are. Very clean when walking the halls, receptionist was very friendly, and it was peaceful. I’ll definitely have my mother here for rehab.

We had a wonderful tour with Avalon Memory Care. The facility is beautiful and extremely clean, you can tell that it is well run. It is a smaller facility and we really liked that. The staff were all great and it was not overpriced. The only issue was that mom would have had a roommate and she was at the end of her life, do that part did not meet what we were looking for.

We chose Avalon Memory Care because of the positive ratings, they only had 1 negative review that I saw. I would recommend this facility to others who are looking.

It's a decent place to bring your loved one. I would recommend doing continuous pop-up visits and being present. In the time that our loved one has been there, I think they do an okay job. The only drawback is I think the staff could speak better English. Sometimes their dialect is kind of hard to understand.

My father was a resident that needed a lot of care and attention. The staff, from management to caregivers, was patient and communicative with us as we were unable to visit inside the facility due to Covid. We were updated on how he was doing regularly. When we were able to visit him outside, he seemed well cared for and was calm and relaxed. It was easy to arrange transportation for dr visits. I am grateful for the care and support we received from Avalon and they did their very best to help us through a difficult journey. I would highly recommend this facility.
