This screening includes a number of areas of interest such as physical examination, assess each resident€™Ã‚¢Ã…¡s cognitive status upon admission, and social accommodations. This community has a number of provisions concerning food and diet which include at least three meals must be served daily, If residents require special diets, a dietician must be employed or consulted to approve special diet needs and written menus, plan individual diets, and provide guidance to dietary staff, and ensure that meals and snacks are nutritionally adequate in accordance with the Recommended Dietary Allowances.
