Public assistance is available through 1115 Centennial Care waiver managed care demonstration program. This community has a number of provisions concerning food and diet which include provide therapeutic diets according the professionall orders, staff must receive training in safe food handling, provide three nutritionally balanced meals, and provide evening snacks.
