This facility has a number of provisions concerning food and diet which include meals must offer an alternative for food and drink to provide variety, there can be no more than 14 hours between an evening and breakfast meal, and three meals must be provided daily at regular intervals. The maximum occupancy is 2 residents per room. This type of facility is required to have a staff member on duty 24 hours a day. There must be one toilet for every 4 residents and one bath or shower for every 12 residents. Public assistance is available through the Montana Medicaid Big Sky 1915(C) Waiver program.. .This facility type has a number of provisions pertaining to medication assistance. These provisions include opening the container lid, retrieving medication from secured storage, and assistance in removing medication from container for those residents with a physical disability. This type of facility is required to offer a number of services. These include medication assistance, assistance scheduling medical appointments, local transportation, and assistance with ADLs.
