Read moreI am very pleased with Highgate Senior Living for my mother. The environment is warm and comfortable, the care staff is exceptional, the activities are varied and numerous. Mom was at a different assisted living facility for the 1 1/2 years before Highgate, but was not getting enough attention there. Now I don't need to worry that things are being done for her as promised, whereas before I had to follow people around to be sure she actually got the help she needed. I am very happy with Highgate.

The Nurse on Assisted living side was helpful and easy to contact. She got back to us quickly. The food was delicious. It is really hard to appease all the seniors with so many dining rooms and different tastes acquired from world travel by the residents. The executive director was great and helpful. She was able to answer all our questions and help with billing questions. Lastly, My grandmother finished her life at the Health care center located in this building. This side was so wonderful. The nurses sang to her daily and the CNA's were extremely polite and helpful. The Whole place is a hidden diamond among the pines at the bottom of the Peaks. Great Views and friendly staff!
