PT was good for my body. Stroke in Jan. Right side of body was weak. PT strengthened my left knee and arm. My right knee some better. Rec Center is great place if you need therapy.

Facility is clean, easy to find your way around and the rooms are nice sized. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. I would recommend Southern Meadows to others.
