As Executive Vice President of Family Sales at A Place for Mom, Inc., Tom Lyons is responsible for ensuring families coming to A Place for Mom get the right support, resources, and personalized recommendations they need, so they can make confident senior care decisions. He drives the strategy, results, and management of the company’s growing sales and sales operations organizations, including hundreds of local, expert senior living advisors that serve hundreds of thousands of families per year, often in times of urgent need.
Tom is a strategic and motivational sales leader who most recently spent 15 years at Plymouth Rock Assurance as the COO responsible for their Direct Response business, Prudential Financial Advisor (Captive) business, their motorcycle insurance (Rider) product line, and their affinity marketing programs and relationships, as well as their strategic partnerships with distribution partners. He held numerous other leadership positions across sales and marketing, building the Plymouth Rock enterprise-wide Sales Center from the ground up and growing the Direct Response business and Strategic Partner business to over 500M in premium revenue during his tenure there.
Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Delaware.
