As Chief Customer Officer and GM at A Place for Mom, Inc., Tatyana Zlotsky is responsible for the company’s customer experience and revenue growth. Since joining, Tatyana has undertaken transformational initiatives focused on elevating the brand, scaling and digitizing acquisition channels, and personalizing the caregiver journey. She is a customer-centric and results-oriented leader with deep experience building strong teams and driving digital innovation.

Tatyana joined A Place for Mom from American Express. She spent nine years growing new and profitable business segments within the U.S. Small Business division as VP/GM of Business Development and Digital Innovation. Prior to American Express, Tatyana worked at a number of technology startups and established industrial enterprises.

She earned an MBA in marketing and finance and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Rutgers University School of Business.
