Very Tranquil Place
It's been great. The food is more home based. It's excellent, healthy and smells delicious. They have a home-style kitchen and tables. My loved one is out of the room and interacting with others. The value is much better. The owners are wonderul, and they are very responsive. It has been such a step up. It's a smaller community, and the rooms are the perfect size, with a great view of the yard and landscaping. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Wonderful Respite Care
This place was a wonderful fit for my brother’s respite care. The admission process was so much easier then other facilities. The staff could not have been kinder or more concerned for not just his care, but those of our family. The communication with family was excellent. There was a very personal care and consideration taken for my brother, who was a difficult patient at times. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable with a homelike atmosphere. We were very pleased and thankful to have found Tranquility and highly recommend this facility and it’s staff.

The Staff really cares about the individual patients. Sometimes they are staffed thinly. They are having difficulty with a 6 foot 200 pound man with a bad back, out of bed. Most of the residents are given a change location with a move to the TV room on a daily basis.
Small things, straws to a cup and cable TV control seems to take a couple of days to come back to the room.
The food is cooked onsite and in the kitchen. There are snacks available.
His boo boos are well taken care of; and the dressing are changed regularly.

What a find
When my brother and I visited, I had great feelings about the place. Then we met another of the staff members and I knew it was the place for d a d! The owners have always remained accommodating and open to our needs and encourage use to be in contact at any time as dad's needs change and evolve. Many of the staff members treat dad as if he were family and really take good care of him. I can't imagine what we would have done had we not been led to Tranquility!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Cindy.

My mother found a new life at Tranquility PCH....
This place is an answer from God! I feel so fortunate to have found it. My 90 year old mother has lived there approximately 3 months and has found happiness! Prior to that she wanted to die and never smiled or laughed. She has had a total transformation and the reason why is that at Tranquility they hire people who are caring and loving and not just taking the job to have a job. They are so good to my Mother (and me)---we feel like they are now part of our family. I couldn't be happier! The thing that makes this place successful is everyone from the top down share the vision and buy into it. Secondly, they care----simply said, but very true!
