Kitchen needs standard operating procedures
Too much repetitive food there's one day that lunch and dinner was pork that's not how you plan a menu. The chef here has no control over the menu which is wrong in my book. There's no consistency in the orange juice most of the time it's so freaking weak it's disgusting. I'm sure it comes with directions. Kitchen needs standard operating procedures. This is the way it's done you don't like it go find another job. Use of time there are times breakfast I don't get it till 845 9 o'clock and it's like why I'll just leave.

Money Hungry
I am grateful I am moving my parents out of this community. The transition from Holiday to Atria has been disastrous. The new manager does not care about the residents and keeps her door locked at all times. The food being served is repetitive, and not representative of what our parents like. This place will charge you on every little thing, but will refuse to help you unless you threaten to move out then they will offer to reduce your rent or anything they can do to keep you from leaving. This place is a constant headache, and I am glad we decided to move forward with [name removed] instead of wasting anymore money or time here.

Nice place but be cautious of promises
Don't believe anything they promise. Several things were promised never happened.
I would overall still recommend them, but don't believe what you are told what they promise

My loved one seems to be pleased with the meals, and likes Bingo. The value for the money is reasonable. We picked this community because, it was affordable for my loved ones income, and the location. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Stay Away
The food is not very good. I don't like that they don't hire enough people. The people who are there are okay. The apartment is not bad. The only thing I don't like about it is again, they don't have enough people to take care of it.

Great Environment, Wonderful Tenants, Horrible Kitchen Staff
The lady in the kitchen was very rude and was fighting with another staff member in front of the residents. The community still served sausage and eggs to us even though we requested not to eat them. [Name removed] was not helpful in getting things resolved for us, such as water bugs in the apartment and more concerns.

I've been here 1 1/2 years now. My major complaint is that this is advertised as "Independent Living." But their are several residents who are not able to care for themselves. They detract from the environment to a great degree.

The staff is caring and they like going to work. Chef prepares meals fresh and 5 stars. Chefs should have their own food network cooking show. The staff makes serious efforts to protect residents from Covid 19 virus. There are safe social distanced activities for residents.

Great & Centrally located in Chico .
The Place is probably the Best around , when You consider the closeness to Shopping , the Pricing (I found it to be the lowest price) , the friendliness and the Clientele (example: Doctor , a Grandmother of a Natl' Football Player) . And check into the Free "Go to Sister Facilities" Program that may be of interest .

We are very happy with them.
We are very happy with them. We don't have any concerns at all, in fact she wanted to stay there for Thanksgiving rather than coming to see us, so that says a lot. We chose them because the were so helpful, and were just really nice, and they worked really well with us.
