SunnyBrook Assisted Living of Carroll is an Iowa Certified Assisted Living facility opening this fall to provide a higher quality of care and life for seniors.

We are located on the North East edge of Carroll, with a beautiful community featuring both town and countryside living.
We offer 4 types of apartments: Studio, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom Deluxe and 2 Bedrooms. Each apartment has its own kitchenette, private bathroom with walk in shower and fold down seat, and wireless emergency security system. The entire community is one level and wheelchair accessible.
The Gardens, which is an 8 apartment Alzheimer/dementia specialized care unit.
We welcome small pets and are a elderly waiver provider.
