Tonight I had my husband at St Mary's regional and Russellville they were very busy but the nurses and the staff in the back were very good but when it comes time for my husband to be released I had to go get the car and when I went back in and I told the lady at the front desk that I was ready I knew they were busy I could pop back there with the wheelchair and get him and she said no I will let them know that you're here that's fine I'm riding the review because my husband got mad at me because the nurses went back there and asked him twice had I forgot about him I finally got to talk to him on the phone and he walked out by himself because the lady at the front desk did not go tell them in the back I was there in my opinion someone with that kind of personality has no business been in healthcare of any kind she doesn't care about people so she doesn't need to go and do the job

Frequently Asked Questions
about St Mary's Hospital

A Place for Mom has scored St Mary's Hospital 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
