We are extremely happy with the care our mother is getting. Her apartment is beautiful and cozy. The food is good and nutritious. She has flourished since moving in. We can rest easy knowing her is safe and well cared for.

Very caring staff-helpful and courteous. Takes good care of mom. Not as expensive as we thought it would be.

Meadow Lane Administration absolutely went out of their way to accommodate me and my parents within the scope of a week. Administration and staff have been exceptional to work with. Dad had toured the facility months prior and is liking the accommodations.

The staff here treat everyone like family. I'm happy they encourage my dad to participate in activities and outings. They keep him busy and moving, there's such a variety of things.

My loved one has been a resident of Meadow Lane for the past 6 months. Since his arrival, he has had excellent care from his caregivers. At this very difficult stage of life, the experience has been wonderful for my loved one. He is very active and has a great quality of life. The meals, activities, staff, director, and greeters, are fabulous!

Pro: Administrative personnel are very willing to meet and discuss any issues or concerns with loved ones. They are open to ideas and suggestions from family members, and do try to work collaboratively to come to the most beneficial and efficacious solution possible. Con: Adequate staff coverage is greatly lacking. Additionally, as staff are in charge of passing meds, higher standards of education, more regular training, as well as frequent staff in services to ensure competence in this key area of care, as well as all other areas, should be implemented to assure residents are receiving individualized, high quality, optimal care. Unless residents are fortunate enough to have active, advocating family members, we believe that many receive a lesser degree of care, namely in the memory care unit, as they are less able to self advocate.

Response from Meadow Lane Assisted Living & Memory Care
October 18, 2022Hello, Thank you for your review. We understand the details of your experience after talking to our on-site team. We appreciate that you feel the team supported you and was available for any discussions or adjustments in care. We feel our team is currently staffed adequately, but training and enhanced education is a never-ending responsibility that we owe to our residents and our staff. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to implement your ideas in the future. To connect with us about your review, please call the community and ask to speak with our Executive Director.
I find the administrator and department heads are very approachable and open to listening to our ideas and concerns. The caregivers are friendly, firm, and efficient. The kitchen the food is tasty and varied. Maintenance is good, but cleaning is somehow lacking. I am concerned that the caregivers are working 12 hour shifts. I fear burnout.
Meadow Lane is located in a rural area and has various size apartments furnished with the residents furniture. The staff is friendly and efficient in providing excellent food plus excellent cleaning and laundry service. Social activities are provided in the forenoon and afternoon which makes living here, great!
Meadow Lane is a very nice facility. Staff is great to work with. I also have a loved one that lives in this facility and am very happy with her care.
Everybody is welcome. Everybody is accepted. Everybody is taken care of.
The food is very good, but to much for one person. More activities for night early.
The best thing is that staff teases back and forth with me.
Very good people.
Meadow Lanes has been a positive experience for me. My mom is getting on so well. She does not ever complain. I find the staff very helpful.
My mom recently had to transition to assisted living very abruptly. The staff at meadow lake have been so incredibly kind, compassionate, and caring. They made a stressful situation so much easier with detailed information, flexibility, and a helping hand.
Great administration. Great facility. Very nice rooms. Cozy
