Mom does really good here, they are equipped with hand rails and such to meet her needs. Housekeeping does a good job keeping things cleaned and stocked. They actually function as a legitimate memory care facility. In my experience, a lot of places out there tell you they are, but then don't have the proper skills and training to deal with common dementia behaviors. Madison Heights actually takes the time to get the residents up and out of their rooms and socializing with people, I appreciate that they don't keep them isolated and alone. Her living space is a decent size. We were able to fit a full size bed, a dresser, a side table, and a little mini fridge. She has her own bathroom. Everything has always been clean and smells good when we come to visit.
