I have been extremely happy with the care my mother has received from ComforCare. She has all her needs met. I was recently very ill, and there were some issues that needed to be addressed, and ComforCare handled everything. I especially want to mention [name removed], who has gone above and beyond on several ocaissions, doing things on her personal time to make sure my mother was OK. I have used another service, and the difference is amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I would recommend it to anyone.
ComforCare provided a compassionate, dependable caregiver that met our mothers needs in a crucial time for our family. We are so thankful for the services ComforCare provided and our family would strongly recommend ComforCare to anyone looking for senior care for a loved one.
Frighteningly bad... Poor level of care. One of the Aides let our parent fall down the steps , which resulted in a hospital stay. Probably theft ~ couldn't prove which Aide helped themselves to our parent's jewelry but there were no other suspects. Family heirlooms are gone. Careless Aides, lots of breakage. Poor knowledge of basic house care skills. Poor housekeeping skills ~ low level of knowledge and training (example: one Aide never empties the lint trap in the dryer ~ could have caused a fire). Owner did nothing to rectify the situation.
