Loved this facility and all their amenities and activities. [Name removed] was incredibly helpful and the pricing was also the most affordabe.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
The third floor cleaning service leaves a lot to to desired. Toilet paper is suppose to be left weekly, but I've constantly have to go ask for it at the front desk and even purchase to made sure my mom had enough. Bed lines are suppose to be changed weekly, but I marked fitted sheet and sheet and sheet and it hasn't been changed in a month. I cleaned to toilet because it had gotten pretty bad. In all the days I spent there with my mom I never saw the lady who does the third floor come into her apartment to clean. Food is really good in the dining area and they have a good variety. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. It is an older facility but is maintained very well.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
The staff, food, and maintenance of building are excellent! The only problem we have is with a couple of lechers who live there. Other than those incredibly aggressive touchy feelies, this is a perfect situation for our elderly Mother. Lack of response, and the staffs inability to correct this situation has us considering other options. Which is sad, because overall this is a lovely community. Lots of activities that are engaging, beautiful gardens outside her window and lots of friends!Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
