  • Would not recommend this community, only looking to meet their goals

The staff came to our house to meet the family and my mother in law who was going to be moving in soon. They came to assess her and understand what exact needs and care services she would have to get. Once we moved her into the facility about two weeks later they told us she needed a whole different type of care then what they originally told us. We told the staff she needed help dressing herself and eating since she wasn't able to do it herself, they reassured us that would be no problem. However we found out she was being left alone to feed herself, she was starving and very lethargic. She had three really bad falls there, she had bruises and ended up needing to get stitches. We would never recommend this community to anybody. We were so disappointed in the lack of care our loved one received.

  • A wonderful place for a loved one

We chose this facility because the friendliness of the staff right from the beginning. They were eager to answer our questions and we felt very welcomed. They made us feel like my aunt was the most important, not money, it was all about her. She is in a one bedroom in memory care and they are beautiful sized rooms, she also has her own private bathroom. They have had several switch overs of cooks, they are working on a new one right now who is trying to give the residents healthier options. She does like the food. My favorite part about the community so far has been knowing that she is well cared for.

  • Friendly staff, good care services, and clean community

The families and residents had to furnish the rooms when you moved in. The staff ate with the residents, food was good quality.
