Do not put your loved one here! They have bed bugs! The manager [name removed] is condescending and treats them with no respect. He calls family members that he is not supposed to contact. He calls the family member in charge and lies to them. Threatened to have our family member escorted out by the police in front everyone!Reviewed on A Place For Mom
The staff was excellent, our loved one liked the activities they offered. This community had a very welcoming feeling to it and the staff was very accommodating. Due to COVID things have slightly changed, for example the food. The residents used to be able to eat their meals in the dining room, but currently they are being served in their rooms. Overall the staff has done the best they can.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
The staff was outstanding. I would tell my friends that it is an outstanding place. The community doesn't have WiFi for residents, and they don't include a landline for the elderly. The residents are used to calling via a landline. I would like to have these items included in the rent. The residents have to use the cell phones, and sometimes they would lose the cell phone or the use the cell phone due to their arthritis. I wish they had some type of mobile care center for the residents to use. My loved one is trying to stay in the community as long as possible.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
