Stay away
Stay as far away from here as possible. They refuse to care for patients properly, will not speak with you when you visit. Are always sitting at nursing station talking to each other and when a patient goes to them to ask a question they are completely ignored or chewed out for "bothering them." Friend has been asking for help to bathe and get dressed for over a week and is told that it is not their job.

AWFUL!
The Meadows should be investigated by the State and shut down. The rooms are nasty and it would seem that some patient's clean their own rooms. I have seen piles of trash in rooms that have been swept up and left there. Bandages are not changed as they should be. And NEVER expect for them to communicate with you or call you back....that simply WON'T happen. No matter how many messages you leave, they don't return calls or have care plan meetings to discuss your loved ones. Questions go unanswered and it is very frustrating. The food is just bad. It is sad to me that people in the worst shape are not shown more respect and dignity.

Run away
Horrible place. Under staffed. Poorly trained nurses. Out dated medical equipment. Poor doctor supervision of patient care. Management Has lack of care for patients welfare. They will promise the moon when you visit but deliver nothing of quality. Under their care my son got a bladder infection, a kidney infection, a blood clot and a lung infection in only 5 days. I begged every day for him to be seen by a doctor but done arrived. Because of the [Removed] my son died. Beware.

Good Transportation
They were fine. They are large, two stories. They were all ready to work with me, plus they have transportation, but it's a nursing home - we knew that if he went back there he would be really depressed. They were in the middle of remodeling when I went. They have two huge buses and they do things with their residents, like activities and taking them out.
