Whitehall Manor is a great place to put your parent. I'm very satisfied with our experience. The only downfall is they don't always meet the dietary restrictions for soft foods for my loved one. Art, singing, and more are available for the residents to choose from for activities.

The residents are never denied a snack or meal no matter the time of day - they are very accommodating and attentive to all their needs and wants. The meals are amazing. Aside from taking care of the residents, they also take care of the family members. They are very understanding of the different levels with memory care and they take the time to explain things to families so we all can better understand what is happening with our loved one. When we come to visit, before we see our loved one they prep us on things she has done recently, who her friends are, and that helps us with conversations.
