I called and set up a caregiver to come out to spend time with her 3x a week. I need someone to be a companion as well as help with medication, nutrition (meals) and interaction with my mother to help her stay alert. The first caregiver was nice but not a great fit. After calling and speaking with AFCS again, they sent someone who has been a great fit! I appreciate AFCS listening to my concerns and are willing to continue to work with me. This company is compassionate, they have very clear communication between me and the caregiver. The caregiver is professional, kind and accepting each day may be different. My mother is much improved. \nThe home is complicated with someone else present during the day and she has the skills to navigate around him and engage with him when necessary. \nI am very pleased with every aspect of my experience with AFCS.
