They do need to be a little bit more helpful getting new residents introduced to how things work around there. Otherwise it has been a very positive experience. Their shuttle driver is amazing. We've been very very happy with Valley Oaks Village.

The staff at this community have been phenomenal. They answer all our questions and are very friendly. They offer coffee and snacks in the morning. They have a calendar of daily events. They keep this community very clean. I would recommend this community.
