Willow Creek Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Center

The ratio of workers to patients exceeded requirements and expectations. The staff went above and beyond in care for my dad and making my mom and all my sisters feel welcome and taken care of, even preparing meals for us to join if we were visiting during meal time. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and everyone was outgoing and patient with my dad, who at times could be difficult. They were incredibly attentive to his care and took a burden off of my mom these past few months so that she could spend as much quality time with him. We all enjoyed being there at willow creek to visit my dad but also enjoyed getting to know many of the staff members. Upon my dad passing, many of the caregivers and staff came to offer us condolences and made us feel like dad was a part of their family as well. My mom has spoken many, many times of how incredibly wonderful the whole experience at Willow Creek was more than she could have hoped for and we are all very pleased & grateful with every aspect of Willow Creek. We not only enjoyed the staff but also getting to know other residents and the fact they were always happy and outgoing and loved to chat shows the environment to be a positive experience for them as well.

This community is slightly better than average. The staff is nice and attentive. They try to engage mom to get involved with daily activities. It is always clean and they have really nice grounds. I would recommend this community.

This community is higher priced than others in the area. I had a friend that was in the community and she liked it here. I would recommend this community to others. The staff is very nice and they are doing a great job. your loved one will get plenty of attention. They have had a good plan to battle covid also.
