The lady I met was very nice, and the apartment is very clean and nice. Good neutral colors (tans and one darker red wall). LOTS of storage in the kitchen by way of cupboards, and the walk-in master closet is phenomenal. There is a nice granite-topped desk in the area that transitions from the kitchen to living area. However, this is not a 55+ facility, but an all-ages place. There is a pool and a dog play yard, but there is no community room or common area--it is simply a regular apartment building. While the 2-bedroom is very nice, and there is an elevator in the building I was given a tour in (not in every building, though), the price was on the high end, I thought. Almost $1400 for the 2-bedroom, plus a $500 deposit for a pet and another $500 deposit for the apartment. Both are refundable minus $150 of the pet deposit. It's just not what I am looking for - a 55+ community with common rooms (library or meeting area) to meet people.
