Synergy Home Health Care

My friend is doing quite well since she started to receive services from Synergy home care. She has adjusted pretty well to the home care coming and cleaning for her. They are doing an acceptable job with cleaning her home. They do arrive on time and the owners have been great to work with. Overall everything is working out well and I would recommend this home care agency.

They were good. I liked Craig, he was really good. They sent good people, Mom really liked the last girl they sent. I did like the younger caregivers they sent, they seemed a little less jaded. There was really nothing bad about them. If it comes up we would use their service again in the future.

They are wonderful. We have been very pleased with them. We have a very nice lady that comes in and gets right to work. It has really been very helpful, she has become like family.

So glad to have found this company to help our family while we are not close by. Professional, sweet, helpful, understanding and willing to go the extra mile.

So far everything has gone pretty good. We have been pretty happy with them so far. It's working out really well.

Everything is going fine since Synergy has come in and started helping out with my mother. She seems to be adjusting ok with the transition. My mother needs are a little different and they have been more the accommodating with her. The staff comes and helps with the cleaning and cooking and my mother has told me she doing fine with the staff that comes in. Overall I'm satisfied with the Home Care.

Very attentive to our needs. Very prompt and helpful. It is just been a couple weeks and we are very happy with the lady that helps out with my mom.

They are all good. They are on time and good with cleaning and showering my loved one and taking care of her in a good way. It is nice to have them around, the workers are very helpful and very friendly.

The service was for my mother and it was a great experience. I called them up and they had someone come out right away for twice a week to just help with little things. Overall it was a really good experience.

My mother in law is staying with us for the summer. A massive heart attack last February left her physically and a bit mentally impaired. She requires a considerable amount of help and I thought I would be able to do it on my own. I quickly realized I needed help. I contacted A Place For Mom who referred me to Synergy Homecare. Anna came to my home for an evaluation. We talked about my mother in laws needs and my needs as well. I decided to have someone come to my home twice a week. My mother in law was very apprehensive and nervous about this "new person". But from the moment she showed up, we knew that Anna had matched us up with the perfect caregiver. Now I can have some time for myself each week and I know my mother in law is in good hands and well cared for. For those of you who are trying to care for a senior family member in your home, I would highly recommend Synergy Homecare.

I have no complaints! They did an awesome job and I never had to worry about my loved one. I would definitely recommend Synergy to a friend!

It is a very nice community. It is a very clean area. The staff and residents are very kind. It is a reasonable cost. The care givers are great. There is many different activities.

I have really had a great experience with Synergy Homecare. This was my first experience with having to use a care service, so I was a little apprehensive at first. They were very reassuring and the owners gave me the confidence that the care givers would be great, and they really have been.

I have found the professionalism of Synergy Home Care to be excellent and the caregiver Nathalie who is serving me to be outstanding.

Recently started with synergy and everyone has been super accommodating and patient. They spent a lot of time in helping us understand our needs with our mother and even came by to introduce our caregiver. Our primary caregiver has been wonderful and we are grateful for the help and relief synergy has provided. We did have a couple fill ins when we needed last minute support, some better than others but overall has been such a huge relief for our family and we know our mom is in excellent hands!

Synergy Home Care of DuPage was our choice when my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Met with Mark (the owner), who was extremely attentive and accommodating in our meetings on the care for my father. Unfortunately, the rapid decline with my Dad never gave us the chance to get him home with Mom to live out what short time he had left. I have every confidence that Synergy would have proven the right choice for the care we intended for my father. Very pleased with our experience!

Synergy has done a wonderful job. They had one person that we didn't think was the right fit, but they really worked quickly with us to find someone who was a good fit. We found a very good person that likes to stay long term, and when it's her days off. The accounting and billing have done an excellent job dealing with the insurance companies, and all of their people have been quality people. They had a very quick response to our inquiries, and getting coverage right away.

They did a good job. We didn't have any complaints or concerns. We didn't have any problems with people showing up late or not showing up. It worked out well for us. We only needed them temporarily, but they have met our expectations.

I'm pleased with Synergy home care. They have taken good care of my mother. Staff is always friendly and on time. The services and care they provide is really good.
