Its was a great experience and everyone was so very helpful. The facility is beautiful and recently has undergone updates. My mother's unit is just right for her. As for the staff, they are each so friendly and kind - from the dining hall chef and staff, to housekeeping and facilities, front desk, management - each person has been incredibly welcoming and warm to our mother and us, her children.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The housekeeping is excellent, the apartment is cleaned once a week and they also do the laundry in the washer and dryer that is in the apartment. Communication with the family is excellent. The move in experience, it was okay with the help of the staff. The meals are of good quality and are served in a very nice dinning room. I would recommend this facility 100%.

Elison of Lake Wellington is a wonderful facility. They have a great staff, they are caring, helpful and friendly. The residents are happy because this is a happy place. The dining experience is an excellent one. Kudos to the chef. An Amazing place to live.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are very respectful to all of the residents. My loved one says the food is a whole lot better than the other place she resided. Communication with us has been good. Maintenance sometimes is lacking/slow. Of all of the the places available in our area, Bristol Park is the best.

Highly recommend the community. I think the people that work there truly love my mom. I am 100% content and wish I placed her there initially.

Staff is friendly and respectful. Meals are very good. Outings for the residents are inclusive of all wanting to go. When out of town families have questions, answers are just a phone call away. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

We investigated approximately 16 assisted living apartments for my mother. Caydance was one of our top picks and their Director, [name removed], went out her way to help. Even when the initial reports suggested mom may have to go to a nursing home, [name removed] was helpful. She has been at Caydance for 2 months, and the whole staff have been excellent. They are very respectful and friendly. That is very important for a very difficult transition to assisted living, particularly for a very independent person. They might not be the cheapest but they are very good.

My loved one was on hospice while she was at Elison Park and they went above and beyond to check on her and make friends with her because she never wanted to leave her apartment. Elison Park staff were so kind to us and her friends, since we were all taking care of her. After being there for about a week she would tell us that she never wanted to leave. We didn't realize when we moved her in that she needed another level of care, so it was up to me to take full time care of her and the staff was just so sweet to me when they didn't have to be. She just passed away in January and I couldn't be more grateful that we found Elison because we would not have been able to afford anything else and she was just so happy there.

I had to pick from 3 different assisted living communities in San Antonio. What made my decision was the amazing food and friendly servers at Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch Assistant Living and Memory Care. Truly a 5 Star Experience ...

We chose Bristol Park at Amarillo because of the friendliness of the staff, happiness of current residents there, the ease to access staff regarding any questions or concerns and pricing. The staff have been great and always make sure residents make it to meals and activities provided.

My mom moved to Houston from another state and she absolutely loved her experience at Elison Park. It’s located in a nice, safe area where she has access to lots of shopping and entertainment! She loves her new place!

The staff are kind and caring. Administrative staff are always available to assist with questions or concerns. The onsite availability of medical caregivers, personal services, etc are a big help to the family of the residents.

My sister and I were referred to Elison Park for our Mom. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We told them our concerns and what we were looking for. My Mom was tired of cooking for herself and wanted a chef to cook for her. Well, she got her wish. She also says the food is very good and looks forward to lunch or dinner. She loves all the Court yards and the squirrels are hilarious to watch. We are happy because she is happy. Thank you Elison Park.

5 on everything. It is very expensive in Memory Care, but the facility and staff are outstanding. I have zero complaints about anything. We chose Viera for the ease of moving from Assisted Living to Memory Care. Some of the staff work in both units which is a big comfort for the residents when moving.

My friend is in a wonderful place and she is doing well. It has very good food. They show interest in the residents.

It's been good so far. My renewal is coming up so we'll see what the increase is.

I needed to find a place for my older brother. As I started my search a young lady named [Name Removed]. I guess she could see that I was searching through a network. Anyway, I’m so glad she called. The staff are wonderful. All very warm and engaging. The meal service is great and very social, mom loves the food. It's in a really great area with a nice park & lake. Many people have dogs. The residents are all friends and there's always things to do. The building feels like a nice hotel more than a "old folks home". All for $[removed]a month. It's a dream. We feel very lucky and mom is so happy. Highly recommend to anyone!!
