I would recommend them. It's smaller, so it doesn't have the glitz of some of the others I have visited, but has been perfect for my mother. She has a plant shelf on one window and flowers outside the other. Like I mentioned - very homey.It is smaller, one level, homey,nice sized apartments and a friendly staff. It is also close to where I live which is helpful for me.

Feels like a close knit family very friendly. Would recommend it to anyone.

My loved one is a resident at Regency Village. The staff, from kitchen to admin, have all been very helpful. We appreciate all of them! They are doing a wonderful job and this is the perfect place for our sister.

Regency Fallbrook was a joy to visit lately. From the minute I arrived, it was evident that the staff was devoted to making sure that the residents were comfortable and properly taken care of. The grounds were well-maintained and the building itself was immaculate and welcoming. The personnel was kind, informed, and more than happy to address any queries I had. They offered a variety of interesting and engaging activities, and my loved one was able to take part in them both on-site and off. I am really satisfied with the level of care offered by Regency Fallbrook and would strongly suggest it as well as [removed] where my friend dwell to anybody searching for a safe and comfortable living

What we like about the Regency Village community is the location, - it is close to family. We also like that they have an assisted living facility that cares about the residents. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My loved one is currently a member at Regency Pullman and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They treat the residents with respect and kindness. The move in process was easy. The cleanliness, friendliness and care services are great. I would highly recommend Regency Pullman to others.

Excellent faculty, friends, foods decent, and most importantly my husband is happy living here with me too. I love playing puzzles with my friends here, the entertainment that Regency offers, and having the freedom I have which I did not expect.

The staff is very friendly and is always there for you. They also do well having to put up with me. The facility is also very clean. My favorite event is happy hour every Saturday hosted by [name removed]. I also met a friend who I now call my best friend. They are just wonderful!

I’ve been here for 12 years and it is a wonderful place to live. I enjoy the company and care. I’ve got lots of friends. You can come and go as you please and I am thankful for all the staff that have been taking care of me for all these years and many more to come.

Wonderful staff and great admission process. Kenny helped us through every step of the way and seemed to care a lot about the well-being of their residents. Would definitely recommend this regency to other friends and family.

3 residents have told me that the staff is absolutely wonderful. The food it is not from scratch and generally it isn't prepared in a way that makes it easier to chew for my dad. They try to cater to specific needs however. I would recommend Regency Village at Redmond to others.

[name removed] is very happy where he is. He is getting great care good meals that he enjoys! The cost is great 1/2 of what we were paying for on Washington and much better care! The staff is friendly caring and willing to help on any way!!

They were fantastic.We were very impressed with the place after touring. Absolutely loved the staff.Also, if one of your clients needs a place for end of life hospice, [removed] was phenomenal. We were grateful to our our dad there. The rooms were impeccably clean, the staff was fantastic and caring, and the food was very good. We could not have picked a better place for our loved one.

Regency Village seemed more of an assisted living environment than Stone Lodge. Not really independent living that is available at Stone Lodge. The gentleman who gave the tour was great and did follow-up.

Overall my mom liked the vibe! Smiling happy people. She had some difficulty adjusting. But all the staff was there to support her adjustment and now she enjoys all the activities and is making new friends every day. She is very happy.

I would definitely recommend. Staff is friendly and attentive. Meals are fine. It's a small facility and homey, perfect for my mom and aunt.

5 stars for each category. What sticks out most about Regency Village at Redmond is the staff. They are engaging, quick to respond, always with a smile and quick to please. There were no other places to look at. Our family is very grateful that Regency had an opening when they did!

What sticks out the most about Parkview Estates is the sense of community -it is great with a wide range of activities. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and nicely decorated. The one bedroom apartment seems adequately sized and the amenities provided are good.

Every time I've gone to the staff at this facility with concerns, they've been on it and quick to get back to me and answer my questions and concerns. They've always been very helpful. For example, I requested they install a grab bar in the shower for my loved one and they had it put in and completed the next day. The nursing staff has helped my loved one with anything and everything she has needed. Housekeeping is once a week, as well as Laundry service if you choose to use it. They have activities and outings. My loved one loves the transportation bus driver. This was the best decision possible for my loved one. The transition was fabulous and she loves it here. I would recommend this facility to anyone!
