Providence Management

Providence is a perfect place for my mom and aunt. Now my uncle is there too. It has been a blessing having Providence care for them. They provide a safe and happy environment for my family.

The size of this facility is manageable. My aunt really enjoys the beauty shop they have on site. My aunt does not participate in activities. I have witnessed bingo and a very sweet singing in the chapel. I have been able to resolve any issue I may have with a call or text . They have a very nice maintenance person that has gone out of his way to help us also. It just has a hometown flair to it.

I've really been very impressed with Providence. Anything I've brought up in conversation with them has been taken care of right away. There is always an answer. They never tell me one thing and do another. The administrator has been there a long time. The office staff has been able to answer any question I've had. All the staff are very polite, and I've never heard a staff member raise their voice. I love the activities they have to offer. I've been super impressed.

This community was very nice but the cost would have been to high. I would not have had anything left over in my budget after paying for the community cost. The tour was great but it was just not the right place for me.

The staff is absolutely phenomenal and treat the residents like family. The food is great and they have a great variety, they also help with feeding our loved ones. I would highly recommend this community to others

I would recommend people check this community. It is very welcoming to families and residents. It was very friendly, and the staff seemed happy doing their job. They had arts and crafts, church services, movie nights, ice cream socials, and more for residents to choose from.

We have been to this community and have liked the environment. the staff is caring and attentive to the residents. The community is clean and offers a nice environment. The menu is good and the activities are offered. We would recommend other families to this community for the good care and value that is offered.

Very friendly, small apartment complex for my dad. He loves it. Very personable.

My grandfather has had a wonderful experience at Heritage Inn Retirement Center.He is doing very well, he enjoys it a lot. The environment is very clean no concerns there at all. The staff is what makes the place they treat my grandfather like a friend instead of a meal ticket. They truly care about the residents, the place is very family oriented and very helpful with the transition into the community. It feels like a community other then just a place to live.

Grandpa is adjusting to this very family like atmosphere. I am very impressed with how well the facility is taken care of. Everyone there seems to genuinely care about the tenants living there. I am very happy with Herritage Inn.

Our Mom has only been at Providence for a very short time. She relocated from one assisted living to Providence, due to location of family, From our initial review of Providence to the move, everything was handled and addressed professionally by the Administrator and staff. The transition was made as smooth as possible. Our first impression of Providence was the cleanliness. We had toured several facilities in the area and this was by far the only one that seemed to always be clean. We liked that there is a nurse on site for 12 hours each day and always a nurse on call for emergencies. Providence also has a full time Activities Director and Maintenance. My Mom says that everyone is extremely nice and helpful. She enjoys the exercise classes and the opportunity for church services on Sundays. As she gets settled in, we hope that we have found a home that she enjoys and continues to stay mentally acute .

So far they are doing a pretty good job. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The food here is great! I don't have any major complaints at this time. I would rate them very highly, five out of five.

We're very pleased with them. I would tell others you'll be pleased with the care your loved one receives. The staff have been very attentive and keep me informed. The facility is very clean, although a little more so in the common areas than in the resident's rooms, but that makes sense. And it's been recently redone with new flooring and paint on the walls, etc.

They really care about the residents. The try their best to meet the families' needs as well as the residents' needs. They have good food and good service. I would highly recommend them to others. They have taken very good care of my mom.

Very good for my dad.

My first visit to this facility was about 10 years ago. I came in as a visitor, fell in love with the home and the residents and a year later became the Director. Our facility is a "home". And the Wonderful people who live here are truly our family and I know I speak for all our staff.

We picked this community because, it was close to my home. The care there as been extraordinary but overall it's been an easy transition. The director has been very helpful with getting everything set up.

We had a problem with the head nurse saying that one of the doctor's prescriptions was not needed, and she refused to pick it up. So I had to go by and pick it up myself. But the rest of the staff was great. Everything was clean. My only other problem was they didn't have any activities because the director had left and no one had filled her shoes.

They are really good to the residents at this community and are very qualified for the care that is provided to them. They recently just got a new activity director and are waiting for the changes. They have activities like bingo and then during the holidays they have crafts for the residents to do have a good time in the community. The staff really care for the residents.

My mother is happy here. My mother is in the memory care unit and they don't have many activities on that side, they seem to do more activities on the assisted living side. The staff are good with my loved one.
