Phoenix Senior Living

Our family had a very great experience with The Phoenix at Hammond. We would definitely recommend to other families who are looking for a community for their loved ones based on thee experience we have had.

My loved one is currently a resident at Woodland Heights and her experience at this facility has been overall really good. The move in process was efficient and not very cumbersome at all. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Communication with the family is generally good. The staff are fairly easy to get ahold of by text or phone, and they email information out fairly well. Overall, I would recommend Woodland Heights to others.

I couldn't be more pleased with the staff. Everyone is friendly and caring. Dad loved the staff and other residents. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good, clean assisted living facility.

When it became evident to me that I was physically unable to live alone without excessive dependence on family for help, I chose to search for an assisted living facility that was satisfactory and affordable. With the generous help of my daughter, I interviewed several facilities in the Huntsville/Madison area. After two visits to The Neighbor at Madison assisted living community, I decided this one was affordable, the staff and residents seemed friendly, and it had beautiful, park-like grounds. I moved in and after six months have found the food and drink menu to be both good and extensive and the staff dedicated, competent and attentive to the needs of the residents. I enjoy my apartment, view, and the other members of our community.

I am not a resident at the Bungalows, but I have a friend who is in memory care. I visit often and find that the staff are so nice and helpful. They get to know each resident’s likes and dislikes. At each meal time , there is always a member of staff available and helps each resident in whatever they need. Some residents go to the TV room after their meal and again a member is always around! I would recommend the bungalows to anyone who have a need for this type of care!

My mom chose it because the residents were very friendly and because of the many doctors close by. I would absolutely recommend to others.

They were all friendly, always talked with me when I would call to check on my Dad. Sent texts or emails to keep me informed. My Dad did get covid while he was there but very mild and they kept me informed. [name removed[ went out of his way to help me get my Dad there. He lives close to me and came to my house to sign papers etc.

The people are wonderful and very loving. I would recommend The Bungalows at Indian Land to a friend.

Yes I'd recommend to others, they are all expensive, and it's never an easy decision, you find yourself guessing how much time you can afford and how much longer they have, and that's just a gut punch.They have a beautiful koi pond, it's quaint and friendly. The rooms were open bright and airy. They have shopping, restaurants right there and hospital and doctors offices extremely near by.

Was recommended by someone else.I would highly recommend The Pearl. Care Service is top notch and the staff really cares. If I could I would give them a 10.

The Phoenix at Lake Lanier is a beautiful, well-maintained community with exceptional leadership and staff members. The staff members there genuinely care about the well - being of the residents living there.

We picked this community because of the location and amenities. My loved one doesn't like it, but she also thinks that she is fine. She has Alzheimer's. She has made friends and is typically doing something. I would recommend to others.

Excellent all the above I love living here!!!! Wished I had done it sooner but wasn't built then. We still have some rooms available. Based on the experience I have had so far, if I could give The Bungalows at Indian Land community a 10 plus I would!

I truly love my apartment and it feels like home to me at The Lafayette. I really don't have a lot to compare it with, but when I was younger I visited several people living in different facilities and I was not impressed with them. So, this is totally a different experience. I'm very pleased with my choice and the staff could not be any nicer. Also, the car service is another plus! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Going on week three with this amazing community and I’m still in awe at how wonderful this transition has been for my Dad. He is thriving like I haven’t seen in a long time. The compassion that the staff provides is beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. He loves his apartment, the awesome staff, their fun activities, delicious meals, and receiving his medication on time along with physical therapy. This community feels like home and when I’m away, I know my Dad is in good hands.

We are very happy that our parents are in this beautiful facility. They are well cared for and the staff are all very kind. The property looks like a resort with the pool and outdoor spaces. The activity schedule is amazing. They have something on the calendar for everyone. The bus service they offer for church, grocery store, Walmart, etc. is an added bonus. We could not be more pleased!

We are a 5 on everything. We love The Phoenix at Lake Lanier community, the people and the service. We could not of picked a better place for our mother. Thanks

5 stars for all except the last two - It is very expensive and there are not many activities or many people in general around. My dad said that he loved the staff and thought they were just fantastic. I live in another state so didn't get to observe anything myself. He also raved about the food. They cook everything from scratch there. He was here for respite and the minimum stay for that was 2 weeks at a time a believe. At the end they worked with us on a day by day basis so I didn't have to pay another 2 weeks.

All 5 stars. Staff and residents at The Phoenix at Lake Joy are all very friendly and compassionate. The location of the facility is also great! I would recommend The Phoenix at Lake Joy to those looking. It is a wonderful community.

My loved one is a resident at The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village and has adjusted well. This facility is really a wonderful place. It couldn't be better, all areas are great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
