I would tell others looking into Palm Villas that it is a very nice, very clean facility. The main reason we chose Palm Villas was because during our tour, clients were there and they highly recommended them.

I feel their warmth every time I visit my husband and I can see they care for him and take great care of him. Palm Villas is owned by 2 brothers who are very present at the facility along with their friendly dog. I often see them walking around and engaged in friendly exchanges with the residents as if they were all one big family. I love that the facility is 100% memory care which keeps the focus on my husbands disease. I also love how clean it always is including my husband’s room, and that music is always playing when I walk in. The staff is so friendly and everyone is busy keeping the residents comfortable, engaged, and busy with games, trivia questions, movies, etc. Palm Villas offers full service so I don’t have to worry about providing essentials like diapers, linens, medicine, etc. They also coordinate doctor visits at the facility and are very approachable and easy to reach.

This seems to be a lovely, caring facility but too pricey for us.

My wife will be making the move into this community shortly when she is more mentally ready. We have been working closely with [Removed] and he has been wonderful. He has been making different arrangement's for us and accommodating our situation as best as he possible can. I am looking forward to the experience she will have there in the future.

I love Palm Villas. They are so kind and loving to all the patients. They are always responsive to me when I call. I have consistently witnessed them dropping everything to immediately attend to patients with any need they may have. They really do treat the patients like family members. They have also been so supportive and helpful to me as a caregiver. Love this place!

My mom lived here for sixteen (16) months. I was extremely happy with the care she received. The management and staff really went the extra mile to make sure she adjusted well, was kept busy and felt loved. They spent a lot of time getting to know my mom, her likes and dislikes, temperament, etc. Consequently, they were able to encourage her to stay active, keep her engaged and happy. Furthermore, Palm Villas has managed to create a family environment. Their Christmas, Easter and Mother's Day brunch buffets were/are extraordinary. The festive environment at Palm Villas allowed us to enjoy those holidays with mom, stress free. In a nutshell, Palm Villas supports the whole family. There are caregiver support groups, activities for the family, a host of activities and celebrations for the residents and a very loving and caring staff.

Palm Villas is excellent! I'm extremely satisfied with the services provided, cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of staff, care provided, activities offered, and just overall services.

I’d give them more than a five if I could. This community is like a family and your loved one needs to have care, this is the only place I’d consider for getting the care a loved one needed. They dealt with my loved one’s passing well.

The food is unbelievable, it's home cooking. Being on the smaller scale, I highly recommend it. It smells good, every room has a window, it always smells fresh. They really are wonderful. The people that own it and the people that run it, they really make us feel like family. We were on a waiting list for a different community but there wasn't any room. I am so glad it worked out that way, now.

It seem to be very clean. They are extremely friendly. I think that the value is really very good. My husband can be combative. He was there just a little while and had to go the hospital. Now he's back again and I think that they are doing a good job. It's a memory house so all the people can be difficult. I think they're doing a great job. They do have activities. That probably is not their best feature. They do a cute game of bowling in the afternoons and some crafts. They did an awful lot for Halloween. It's not a high priority for me because my husband is not really interested or able to do activities. They have people come and play music and they watch movies. There's not a lot going but there's something every day. I think that it's very good. There are little thing like they do laundry and you might get someone else's clothes back. In the first few days there was a lot of acting out and he was much more combative than he ever was at home. I think it was the transition. They would have been well within their rights to say they didn't want to keep him but they did keep him and I though that was very good. They really worked with me to make his staying there possible.

We chose Palm Villas because I liked it was family owned facility, it is a smaller community, and it just seemed like it would be the best fit. I do know that the meals are chef prepared and good quality. I would like to see more communication from the staff members and a report card of some sort to let me know how they think that he is doing which is something that they promised up front. I do also think they need more parking for visitors. Overall, I would recommend them.

The food is healthy, tastes fine and is all homemade. They have an activity room for the residents to enjoy. Mom has been here for a few months and we are happy with the attention to care. The caregivers are attentive and I see this at all hours of the day and night. I have already recommended this community.

I don't have any complaints so far. They have done a great job so far. I would recommend them to anybody.

It seems like a great value but I guess it's more expensive than some other ones around. The activities don't seem to fit my mom really well but the majority of the people seem to enjoy them. They seem to be doing a good job for what they do and the condition my mom is in. She has dementia and she is bi-polar and they seem to be able to deal pretty well with that population.

I was impressed with how knowledgable the owner was about his residents and their needs. They really know how to serve people with dementia! I was really impressed with the fact that the medical director is an MD - and they routinely work with "house call" doctors and even a dentist. Home cooked organic meals! The dogs were cute. Some of the facility is a bit funky, but it did seem clean.

Enjoyed my tour of Mission Villa especially meeting some of the staff and residents. This facility is less impressive than Aegis but has a very homey and caring environment. Russ has some innovative ideas for improving the property and provided me an insite into all of the requisites/paperwork required for entering my wife into his care.

Family run facility; one owner physical therapist background -- believes in making patients more mobile. Daily activities. Small dogs help reduce anxiety, etc. Specialize in dementia/Alzheimer's. Rates all inclusive care including room/board, assistance with daily living, incontinent care, three nutritious meals and snacks daily, medication management, cleaning services. Transportation available.

Too similar to environment dad was in in a skilled nursing facility which he did not enjoy. Dad would have most enjoyed the bowling activity. Good location for family to visit, but that is not why he is moving.
