Overall we have been very happy with The Oxford Grand community. There are fairly new residents here, and the staff are pretty good about getting our loved one for meal time and making sure to invite him to different activities they have going on. They have bingo every now and then, live entertainment and ice cream socials. He really enjoys going to the morning exercise classes. Our loved ones happiness is pretty high so we would say everything is so far so good and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families. We like that it is a smaller community so families and loved ones do not have to feel very overwhelmed.

This facility is very good. It's a nice atmosphere and clean. They have a variety of activities and outings. The staff is great. Communication with the family is good. The food is good quality and variety. I have noticed that my loved one's laundry basket is often full and her sheets look like they haven't been washed for awhile sometimes. Overall, she seems to be doing well and is content. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I had a really good experience when I went to see Oxford Glen in Carrollton. I received a very greeting when I arrived and it felt very warm and comfortable. Everyone I met or spoke to were so nice and informative. The Director [name removed] was very nice and answered all my questions. What was overwhelming before I came in soon became a very insightful and positive meeting.
