My Mother has been at Smyrna Village for over a year, and since the new owners have taken over, it has gone above and beyond our expectations! I am so happy that my mom is happy and thriving. The food is delicious…the atmosphere is beautiful and bright! There are fun activities and the staff is absolutely wonderful! My mother just celebrated her 86th birthday and the staff surprised her with some gifts which was so nice. The owner is extremely welcoming and open to making Smyrna Village the best it can be! I would absolutely recommend Smyrna Village because they CARE!

This is a wonderful place where residents enjoy a variety of activities. The change in ownership has improved amenities all around.. My apprehension regarding my mother’s care has disappeared, I am absolutely at ease now.

We put my grandmother in this facility, they have a very helpful attentive staff and an exceptional attitude. [name removed] is very very sweet and cares for all the folks who live here. Since my grandmother has been a resident they have been continually remodeling and upgrading the facility.

My father is enjoying his stay at Smyrna Village. This facility has both men and women in various stages of memory loss. The staff is both friendly and professional in their care of my father and the other residents. The new management is in the process of making some needed updates to the facility. I am excited that they have activities with the residents which match their abilities in the various stages of memory loss. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to care for their loved one.

Awesome place for your love one. Caring and great staff. Very attractive to needs of the patients. I enjoy going and seeing them interact with everyone. I go by often just to give back and help elderly if need.

I cannot say enough positive things about Smyrna Village. Especially since the new owners have taken over, this place has transformed into a top notch care home for dementia patients. Exactly the kind of care I dreamt my parent could receive.

If you have to put someone into memory care, I would highly recommend Smyrna Village. It's a long drive for me, but I'm pleased with them. In the last three months I have seen them constantly working on renovations. I always see them cleaning the floors. The staff is very nice - they have very good people who work there. Every time I've gone there to visit, my loved one has been shaved, bathed, changed, and is wearing clean clothes. He is becoming more difficult and experiencing sundowning, but they are doing an excellent job with him.

The cleanliness of the community and the friendliness of the staff members really stood out to us. They have a lot of activities going on and the value for cost is a 5+ but we do have on issues with them. Our loved one has a cell phone and we have asked the staff members to just periodically pulg the phone in to charge so we can call when we aren't able to visit, but most of the time when we do call the phone hasn't been charged. We would greatly appreciate it if they would plug the phone in for us.

We chose Gardens of Smyrna because it was affordable based on my father in laws income. The room sizes here are good, he had a private room downstairs. He was happy with the food here. My favorite part is the staff members were like family. I would recommend the community.

May not be the shiniest place, but the staff treats the residents like family.

I LOVE, love, love this facility and the quality care that Mother receives. Having had experience with other assisted living and one other memory care facility on Mother's journey, I can say without a doubt that her needs - well beyond the physical day-to-day needs - have been met and exceeded. Not only does Mother feel at home and cared for so very well at the Gardens of Smyrna, so do I.

He likes it there. They are really nice. They have a lot of activities. It seems well organized, they don't just leave people in their rooms. It's clean. It's the first place I really felt comfortable with when we were looking. It's working out pretty well so far.

I truly appreciate the staffing at The Gardens of Smyrna. Sue took the time to place my Mom with a most perfect roommate. They just seem to compliment each other. And my Mom is smiling and happier than she has been in awhile. Even though she is still adapting to her surroundings, she is happy and very pleased with the facility to date. The staffing is also watchful of the residents and address potential issues. I thank God for having the opportunity to place my mom here.

We couldn't be happier with how things have turned out at The Gardens of Smyrna. The people here are friendly, professional, and very patient and caring. My loved one can be quite a handful, to say the least, and they've done everything they can to help him settle in and feel comfortable. I highly recommend them!

This along with it's sister property, the Gardens of Smyrna are an excellent facilities. Sue, the administrator is very professional and likable and the staff is well trained and efficient. I am very pleased with my decision to place my mother in this assisted living/memory care facility.

It seems to be a very nice place, she has a nice home for her residents. My brother really likes it there. I think it's very affordable. This is one of best Personal Care Homes in Atlanta. The food is very good, it was one of our main concerns. It's clean and everyone is very nice.
