New Horizon Board and Care

[name removed] and her family were very warm and obviously take pride in caring for the residents. They are good communicators and whenever we stopped by, Mom looked comfortable and well cared for. I would recommend them for anyone that wants a loving warm home for their loved one. This isn't a place with a lot of external activities, but perfect for a sweet simple life. I would recommend recommend them to others looking.

The main reason we chose New Horizon Board and Care was because it was the perfect size place, the value for the money, and the people were very, very sweet. [name removed] and her daughter who run the place really seem to care and are very experienced.

New Horizon Board and Care is great . The caregivers live there and are available 24/7 !! They have home cooked food and it's delicious. The caregivers, [name removed] and [name removed] listen not only to their residents but also to us - the family and friends of loved ones under their care! In addition, the caregivers are efficient and honest in their care and communication

A little older neighborhood but well kept 2 homes. Family run with both parents and medically trained adult children. Super pleasant and informative. I liked that they accommodate residents different sleep/wake schedules and food preferences. The price is reasonable and they do accept Hospice patients. I would recommend this place.

The home itself and their personalities with my folks have been great. At this point, I really do not have any complaints.

The staff is very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. The communication is good with the staff. It is a smaller community. They are able to provide medication management, bathing, and dressing assistance as some of the care provided by the community.

Very nice. Owners are very experienced. Facility is clean and laid out well. Appears secure.

The New Horizon Board & Care was a beautiful home. They had everything available there from caregivers to Hospice. They gave me a very high price prior to evaluating my mother, so I knew we could not afford it.

My loved one lived here for quite a long time, and overall I think they do a good job. The caregivers are friendly and attentive, and the home itself is nice looking and well kept. As my loved one's needs progressed we had to find somewhere that was a better fit for her, but I would definitely recommend this place as being worth a look!
